Chef Glen is our go-to gourmet chef for private dinner parties at our home. Chef always delivers a memorable night for our guests; they are completely hands-off for us and allow us to also be a guest. We share our menu preference, chef makes some recommendations, caters to any special diets, allergies and something different for the kids. Chef arrives early at our home, does the final prep in our kitchen, sets up the canapés, cooks, serves and at the end of the evening leaves our kitchen sparkling. Chef has hosted 5 course dinners at our home from 6 to 18 guests - Our guests are always blown away and also dig the entertainment of a gourmet chef to watch!
